Advice Please - Insurance for LLC based properties

I own a triplex that when it was held by me personally I was able to keep my insurance and loan rates quite low. Once I transferred the property into a LLC, I had to get a commercial loan, which raised costs and also could no longer insure it through my personal insurance provider and had to move it to a commercial property insurance company, which increased my insurance rates drastically, once again raising costs.

What are your strategies specifically toward insuring properties held by an LLC, do you insure each property individually, do you just use a large umbrella for all, what have you found works best for you?
