Need to get Workers Comp/Gen. Liability insurance

I'm an existing landlord, but I'm now getting into flips/ BRRR's. I want to do it above board and actually pull permits. In order to do that, I need to get insurance. Does anyone have any recommended insurance carriers/ agents they work with in Pennsylvania?

My existing properties are insured by USAA, but they send workers comp/ GL insurance out to Hartford, and Hartford apparently isn't writing these policies. (It wasn't clear why I was rejected. Maybe they don't want to do construction, or because the LLC is brand new?)

Thoughts and advice would be appreciated.  Thanks
