house/rental insurance increased 30% for TN in 2021
liberty mutual sent my renewal letter for my rental property in TN for 2021. The premium increased 30% which is double the previous tax year's increase (2019 -> 2020) which was 15%. Is this normal for the TN market? I haven't increased the coverage amounts and I've had no incidents.
I should probably increase my coverage amounts this year due to the higher cost (dare we say impossibility? of) construction but that's a separate issue.
