Two Insurance questions
Any good recommendations for affordable fourplex insurances in TX?
Normally purchase SFH rentals, but am in the process of purchasing a fourplex and the quote I received has been way more than expected.
Also, while we are in the topic of insurance, any good recommendations for umbrella insurance?

Hi Breno, I recommend finding an insurance broker that can shop the entire market for you and find the best deal possible. The same goes for the umbrella.
