RE Equity Investing/Feedback
Hi Everyone!
I have been working on creating more passive RE opportunities and have come across a unique equity financing structure. The structure is mainly appreciation-based, which minimizes tenant and maintenance risk. While the details are too long for a post, I wanted to see if anyone would be interested or willing to give me some feedback on the actual structure.
