What are some of the Business Buying Process Difficulties you find or worry about?

What are somethings that stop most people from buying a business? 

I think this will be a great way to build wealth and help most people with financial freedom, but it seems most people aren't taking the step towards this. I love helping those who are looking to buy a business and take the reins and wonder what can be done to help more people with this process.

For those who have bought a business; what do you wish you had help with or know now that you didn't know then?

For those who want to buy a business but haven't yet; what are some of your worries or roadblocks?
