    Hey Greg. My company, Real Wealth, has been working with Invest5S for 1.5 years now. They do build a solid and quality product. I have met Clay and his family a few times now, and they are fantastic to work with. Plus, they are still offering a very good interest rate buy down. San Antonio is a great market for buy and hold. If you have not yet visited there, you should. We are hosting a tour there on November 2nd, and Kathy Fettke will also be there. I'm happy to discuss the market and the builder over the phone.
