Opinions, who's a good lender for out of state investing? Also, where do I find my lender? In the state I'm investing in or my home state? Thanks for any help.

Hey Theresa, mortgage lender here and I can be of assistance. I'm licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and New Jersey but my company has a whole direct to consumer division that allows us to lend anywhere within the continental US. Happy to connect if you need a lender opinion on anything.
