Focus on Investing in Seminole, Florida

Description

With a high concentration of owner-occupiers, Seminole sees some of the highest home prices in the area. Although relatively small area-wise at only 5.6 square miles, the city does have a lot of waterfront area along Lake Seminole and the adjoining Bayou. Wagon Wheel Flea Market is a popular attraction for residents, especially retirees.

Data Analysis

As mentioned, the highest prices in the area can be found here. It’s odd however, that crime rates are relatively high here as well. Not the most desirable area for investors, as the pool of rental tenants is relatively small, prices are high, and big discounts aren’t the norm. However, with any area, there are hidden gems, so don’t totally discount the area right off the bat.
