Bought both of the books and have been listening to the audiobook of The Book of Rental Property Investing. Love the Examples of Real Estate Investing Plans. Thanks Brandon!

I would listen to the Bigger Pockets Podcast and read the books that@Joshua Dorkinand @Brandon Turnerrecommend first. Then if you feel you still need to take a course ask someone who has taken that course how their investing is going, what they got from taking the course and if they got an ROI on their money. My guess if after you listen to Josh browbeat Brandon about his investment mistakes episode after episode you'll feel like you've taken a course. Just kidding Josh, You are more than fair to Brandon. I can see you love him just like a little brother. ;)

Would any of you even those outside of California be interested in playing an online Cashflow 101 game while on Skype or Google Hangout so we can talk to each other?

Had a great time last night at a Cashflow Board Game MeetUp in Southern California. I played the 202 game for the first time and had fun. Found that game on MeetUp.com

Is there a group of Cashflow players here on BiggerPockets?
