Two books I have read that I would recommend are:

1. Every Landlord's Legal Guide - This discuss a lot of common legal questions landlords run into. It also provides standard landlord forms that are needed to lease units.

2. The Millionaire Real Estate Investor - This book does a good job of not coming across as a get rich quick scheme. It emphasizes taking a disciplined, conservative, steady approach to purchasing rental properties.

Is there somewhere on the website that gives the Member Level by number of posts.?

I am a new member and I really like the idea of this site. I wasn't aware there was anything like this out on the web. Most of the websites I had seen were "Get Rich Quick" programs. I actually started my own blog on my website, because I couldn't find anything that was genuine on the web.
