Hello, I have a condo in Bellevue with a 1960s era kitchen sorely needing an update. Scope includes removal and replacement of all cabinets, countertop, flooring, some millwork, and lighting. Can anybody recommend a contractor that they have used before?

Hello BP Folks. I am working on setting up an LLC for my rental property in Washington state. I'm looking for advice on what to use for a business address as I do not want to use my primary residence for it. Do I have any other options like using a PO box?

Someone I know is in need of a Good contractor to repair interior damage caused by leaky plumbing. House is in Bellevue, WA. Any good suggestions out there? Looking for a Contractor that is licensed, bonded and has experience dealing with insurance companies.
