Hi all. I am an investor in Washington state. I am looking to meet with some general contractors in the northern Seattle, King/Snohomish counties. We are looking for someone capable of taking on a complete renovation of smaller SFHs. Does anyone have someone they can recommend? Thanks !

Ok, thanks Bryan. The way I understand it, her  E & O insurance through her company would only cover her actions as an agent. Any action taken as an investor/flipper would require additional insurance tailored to that specific scope. I will definitely speak with an attorney to verify local laws on that. Thanks for your input!

Hello BP Friends!

My wife and I are just getting started in planning for rehabbing houses for profit. We are wondering if it would be beneficial for her to get her real estate license in order for us to gain access to the NWMLS as well as to represent us as an agent when we get the process down.

She currently works for a commercial real estate company, but is not a broker. The company would allow her to hang her license with them, but would she be able to get on the NWMLS, or does the company have to be a member of the NWMLS?

If we can't find a solution here, we will probably just contact the NWMLS, but thought we'd ask the knowledgeable people here at BP first!

Thanks in advance!
