Could you please elaborate some on the numbers? with a 5% mortgage and @ $150k down (Just guessing here) it doesn't look like you are making enough to rent one of your own apartments. Of course if the building is now worth close to 2 mil you have a nice paper profit on the equity. But what does having a unit or 2 empty do? looks like it would be a disaster.

Not trying to be negative here, Very beautiful and awe inspiring turnaround on the property. I'm just trying to get a handle on where the profit is.
