Thanks for the insight from a local investor in PR! So I'm assuming the reason for this is because contracts are non-assignable in Puerto Rico?

I'm based out of Washington, DC and recently expanded down to the West Palm Beach market and was amazed at what I saw I would check out deals in the 33401 zip code. The land valuation for the current deal we have under contract increased 45% 2018 to 2019
