Hello fellow BP members, I live in Southern New Jersey, I have 2 sister and their spouses living in FL, I want invest in FL, is West Palm Beach Florida good for buy and hold investing? Are there B- and C neighborhoods there where working class people live? What drives the economic engine in West Palm Beach, Healthcare, Polo, Vacation Rentals or is there something more? I welcome all advice and opinions! Thank you.

I'm a local and 33401 has some pretty rough parts that certainly aren't B or C neighborhoods.
