Im just beginning here on BP and Real Estate investing. I believe if its a small operation and the focus is to remain then screen threw the incoming calls and decide. If that makes you content and happy ...so be it...I'll support that.
Like i stated I'm just starting and my end goal in Real Estate is Nationwide-Worldwide...so you better believe I'm screening twice;phone and face to face. I dont care how good of a salesman or saleswoman you are your influences only go so far on the phone. But, if your faces to face then your influential power is 100xs. Let alone the ability to assess the property and seller. What is your end dream inmind for Real Estate?Thats the Question....If its even to stay local... Your face represents your integrity,Thoughtfulness,Your Brand...Your Business! I Pray your dreams and thus Goals are meet
Sincerely,Aaron
Sound like your in limbo, make a choice and deticate and focus. You sound bright. Utilize BP,Amazing People and Great Knowledge Here. No better place.
Great Luck!
Aaron
I have just obtained two motivated Seller Leads in Indianapolis;a Fsbo and Vacant. Can anyone please tell me the Questions i should be asking?
I've researched countless hours online outside of BP. My issue is its either a guru or someone that i dont really know if they've done what their stating.Let alone the question of it being different in Markets
Since ive joined BP i have alot more comfort and trust in the answers Members present.
Thank any and all for help threw your experience and knowledge its invaluable!
Sincerely,Focus and Drive
