 Great point! Yeah I know of a few companies including Vesta Equity that operates under REG D for United States based investors. Better to regulate than to leave open ended! I think overall the tokenization process has so much room to flourish. It's also an amazing avenue for investors to tap into home equity that's typically locked up or only accessible by way of the bank.

@Harrison Smith I really appreciate your perspective! You make a great point and that’s why I had Mentioned Vesta Equity. They’re bringing new flavor to the fractionalized concept which not only benefits the investor, but also to consumers in a huge way.

I strongly believe that if a company wants to be successful while tokenizing properties, they’ll need to partner with a successful exchange to create liquidity and also add a variant that takes the concept further than just fractional shares.

@Luke Rorech mentioned REINNO which takes a unique look at the Tokenization space. If I understand correctly, they’re able to offer equity backed loans of the tokenized property without locking up 100% of the equity if you only borrow 20% of the properties value.

Long story short, I believe tokenized real estate is on the cusp of breaking through to the next level, and I’m very excited for the future of real estate!

I know this is an older post but I wanted to toss in my two cents... Although Tokenized Real Estate hasn't considerably blown up yet, I strongly believe that companies like Vesta Equity, Securitize and Blockchain developer Algorand are continuing to push the industry forward! I strongly suggest looking into Vesta Equity since they're taking an entirely new approach to leveraging home equity.
