Hi everyone,

Working on my first flip and I need to pick my paint colors for the house any good tips on choosing the right neutral colors?

House gets a lot of natural light and the kitchen will be mostly white and the floors are a whitewashed gray.

Excited to say that I have purchased my first investment property. I plan on flipping this with my brother we used an FHA 203k loan which was more expensive then I was expecting and a hassle. I know have a foot in the game and am excited to see where this will take me.

Please feel free to leave any beginner advice or pointers.

@Charles Graham have you considered an fha 203k loan it only requires 3.5% down and they will included the rehab budget. I live in the west coast but the hard money lenders out here will lend without an LLC.
