I would like to get a line of credit on a rental sfh I have in Mesa AZ.  I called Navy Federal, but they have temporarily suspended HELOCs.  Anyone know someone who is doing lines of credit on investment properties? 

Thanks @Ian Ippolito, but I wan't really asking for the best one.  I'd like to know people's experiences with the main ones out there, like Crowdstreet.  

I'm looking to invest equity from a sale of investment property.  I'd like to get 9-10% return.  I'm thinking about crowdfunds.  Has anyone invested in crowdfunds?  If so, which one, and how did it go?

I prefer a HELOC because it is reusable without refinancing. And you don't pay interest until you actually use it.
