@AlWilliamson Al, Saturday is getting a little tight. Anyway we might think about changing this to a weeknight like maybe Thursday the 24th? We might be able to get more people to come out after work on a weeknight rather than a weekend. Just a thought

Quick question. I have found properties that I think are good deals. If I wanted to pass these along to cash buyers, say in a bird dogging role, what type of information besides the address of a property is helpful to include?

Hey all my name is Bert and I am a new investor in the Sacramento area.
