Hey All,

Im looking to invest in Erie PA. From the data it looks like a good rental area? Does anyone have any suggestions or invest there for rental?

Thank you advance for the feed back

Alex

@Corey Smithfield what videos were you watching on YouTube? The only videos I’m seeing are the “Instructor Q & A”?

@ronaldgrams Im currently in Las Vegas but relocating to the western side of Pennsylvania. Closer to Pittsburgh. Right now the online one I just signed up for is Real Estate Express.

@Corey Smithfield thanks for the info. Let me know how it goes!

Hello,

Im looking to get my real estate license here in Pennsylvania. I've looked online but every things so vague. Is there any recommendations on where to get your license from? Online or in Person?

Thank you

Hey Guys,

Still fairly new to REI and flips in particular. Im looking at comps in my area but realizing I may need to go elsewhere to do flips. How do you guys determine which state/areas to attack and will be best when doing flips out of state?

Thank you guys for taking the time!

@Ryan Davis yes. But every bank I’ve called wants to see proof of income. I have yet to come across a funding institution that will allow me to borrow money just solely on what I have.

Hey guys

So my question is about getting approved for funding.  I’m currently not receiving an income because I just sold my business. I want to start investing in rental properties to gain back cash flow again but don’t think i will get approved due to not having an income. What would be the plan of action?

Thank you for taking the time and feedback

Im still fairly new to investing and looking to start building my portfolio.

Im confused on where exactly to start first so my question is if I want to put an offer down on a home, do I need to secure funding from a lender first?

And if so do I tell the lender the sellers asking price? Or the price that I want to offer? How do I know how much to get approved for?

I have a nice amount build up financially that I could potentially buy some homes cash but not sure if thats the best choice.

Thank you any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Hey All,

Im new to real estate investing but have been intrigued for a while. Im finally taking action

My question is is it possible to be just a real estate investor? While supporting a family and leaving my current job. I literally don't have the patience anymore.

If so any suggestions on where to start?

Thank you for taking the time
