This is also my #1 concern and why I found BP. check out podcast 109. at the very least i'm setting up an LLC. I haven't talked to my tax accountant yet but if it's possible in PA i'm going for a series LLC. I'm new to buy/hold but a veteran of small business and they share something in common: it's not if you're going to get sued but a matter of when.

Hi all,

Just found this great site via Reddit.  My background is in accounting and running small businesses and I'm considering teaming up with a contractor to rehab and manage properties in Philly.  Looking forward to learning a lot here and meet great people who do the same.  Thanks!
