Thanks for the shout out Matt. I may be able to help if you have another property owned free and clear that I can cross collateralize.. Without access to the property, there is no way to have an appraisal or any type of realistic estimate of what it would take to repair.

Open to looking at a lot of different things. I try not to put them in a box like a bank, as we are not. Really just depends on the situation.

Many of our investors have switched to LLC over the past couple years and now we actually make it a requirement to close in an LLC or corp.

I think Zack pretty much summed it up. Nobody is buying 800k places putting minimal amounts down. We have a 30 year fixed product that would be minimum 20% down and has to be for investment purposes only.
