Greetings! Our next La Crosse, WI Town Makers meetup is scheduled for The Hatchery on June 18, starting at 5:30 p.m.

This month's meeting will focus on Step 9 (of 12) of Town Making: Choose Your Construction Path (with notes from Design & Build with the End in Mind). With our discussion focus on construction, Jon Olson from Jon Olson Construction will join us to talk about building in La Crosse. Bring any questions you have about building for Jon!! The La Crosse Area Builders Association sent the meeting information out to its members, so we may have additional builders join us.

Our next REIA meeting will be July 17, starting at 6:30pm at 614 Main Street. Our guest speaker will be Spenser Nickellati. Spenser has agreed to talk about Gator Lending and other alternative and creative financing structures.

Happy Summer! I hope those of you with rentals weathered spring move-outs/move-ins as well as possible.

Our next REIA meeting will be on Wednesday, June 19, starting at 6:30pm at 614 Main Street in La Crosse. Our guest speaker will be Brock Borchardt of Coulee Junk Removal. I thought it was a great time to talk about junk removal, after this busy turnover season and with the City of La Crosse dropping its popular large item pickup services. I hope to see you there!
