I am new to real estate investing and purchased my first LTR November of 2024.  I was wondering if there were any lease generation tools or how to go about creating a custom lease.  Also what method do you use to collect rent? Is there any apps that will collect the rent and not charge you or the tenant a fee? I have been using Rentredi, but allowing them to pay through cash app/venmo.  Any input would be appreciated.  Thank you.
