Thanks for the reply David. 

We are looking for a manager to help find contractors for some initial work that needs to be done and then the typical tenant screening, calls from tenants, etc.

We don't have any experience screening/managing tenants or many contacts for contractors. We also don't have a lot of spare time, so we're willing to pay someone else to provide the services.

We're in the process of purchasing our second investment property in the Omaha area.

Does anyone have property management recommendations?  This specific property is in the Benson area.

We've already been in contact with a couple of managers and would appreciate any feedback from the community before we commit to anything.
