personally I would go with the same color theme as the house.
Unfortunately the house isn't complete yet either. But it is going to have sage green siding, white windows, white gutters/soffit, and has copper roof.
The issue I currently have is the added green trim on the garage which doesn't exist on home. And, not sure if I should make garage door white or not.

Hi everyone,
I need some help with color choices for this garage. I am set on the existing red going to sage green to match the existing house. The roof is a copper color. We are adding white gutters which also matches the existing home. I am wondering what colors would work replacing the dark green and the brown garage door. Thank you all!

Thanks everyone! I will go with a frosted half window. And post pictures in the near future!

I would go with gas, it is more efficient and will save on cost long term. Electricity is more expensive than gas and the savings in that make it more attractive to your tenants.

@Kevin Adams I will PM you details on the insurance program most Flippers use for their insurance. This Insurance program has a policy that can insure the property through the different phases of the flip; Vacant, Rehab, back to Vacant or Rented. Most other insurance companies have to start and cancel multiple different policies to do this.
I'm also looking for details on an insurance program for my flipper. Can you send that information my way? Thank you very much!
