I don’t understand how anyone can allow pets in their rentals 1% responsible is 100% liable. Any benefit you receive puts you in the pet business and failing to provide adequate protection to prevent a dog bite in your pet business isn’t a hard sell to a jury

Thanks Jason your experience is what I was hoping to find when I ask the question. It’s a shame we have to wade through so many idiots and trolls to get a general conversation of people’s experiences and advice. I would be grateful if I could hear about the advantages and disadvantages of your decision to scale up
