@Rhonda Harrison did you end up purchasing this property? I am in a similar situation with a Ryan Homes development in Charlotte, NC and would like some feedback from someone who has purchased and leased back their model home. Thanks and be well!

@Chuck Hollowell, and whomever else could provide some insight: I am at the beginning stages of looking for investments in Charlotte. I have been having a tough time finding properties that make much sense using the standard 70-75% ARV that would also cash flow. (It seems like most 3bd/2ba rent for $1,400 plus/minus regardless of quality or location). I am trying to learn the local market, how have you found the numbers to work out relative to Charlotte? Given the current crises, I want to be in a position to take advantage of the foreseeable dip.
