Thank Kris and Russel. I don’t normally see minisplits in my area and wanted to make sure I could compete for tenants. If rehabs in my neighborhood are all doing central AC I may be forced to do the same. Thanks again!

Looking to add central AC to 4 unit building. Each unit currently only has radiator heating. Should I add ductwork and HVAC or add mini split “ductless” systems? Area is mid/high end (Washington DC) and comps all have central Air. Love the knowledge on BP and I should have been using this forum all these years! Thanks!
