I love this question! I currently have a home in mind in the richmond va area that has an inground pool. I think it is a tremendous opportunity to invest, repair and really maximize our investment. I worry though that by having a pool it may water down the potential buyer pool (no pun intended) Is there any data on how pools affect the buyer market?
I have a great networking group you could attend. Please inbox me if you'd like the info!
Hey guys! Really would like any and all advice on starting in the buy and flip business. I'm local to Richmond, licensed since November and looking for any help as it concerns investing into a flip for the first time!

I'm local to Richmond and would love to connect! Love learning from everyone involved in the real estate world!
For those of you investing remotely, what’s been your experience with property management companies? For out-of-state investors, having a reliable team on the ground can make all the difference I would think. I love talking to investors and gathering their thoughts on why they choose an area, what they are looking for in Management and how their experiences have been!
Love this post, I've been in sales for 6 years, after a 15-year stint in education. My main objective is to put my kids through college, wedding... etc... Flipping and wholesaling are two areas I would love to learn about. Please feel free to reach out, would love to speak to anyone with knowledge in these areas.

I'm very eager to learn more as well about this process as well as potential flip opportunities here in central VA. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
