It's sad when ANY political party is so concerned that the public won't agree with them that they feel the need to plant their own people in public forums and then lie about it.

There is a big problem with your wondering. You have taken the story of one person in Wisconsin that had a former affiliation with the GOP and used it discount all the other protesters at these town hall meetings. Many of the politicians supporting healthcare reform have done the same thing. So instead of addressing the concerns that many citizens have many supporters have decided to turn on those protesting and bringing up concerns. The majority of Americans DO NOT approve of Obama’s approach to health care reform. Is it inconceivable that there actually those that oppose what is happening and that they are being vocal about it?

Now that you mention it has to be illegal... I wonder if it really is? I bet there is a loophole somewhere. Atleast the for the owner to keep collecting rent you know? even when he stopped paying 4 months ago on the rental and has 3 mo left of income. THATS PERFECT! Now he has a down payment if he is renting himself to move into my owner financed home!

The tenant has cannot be the home owner or a realitive. The payments would not got to the previous owner but the new owner when the property is forclosed on.

I can’t believe this hasn’t been discussed since the bill was signed into law back in on May 20. Senate bill 897 Helping Families Save Their Homes Act of 2009 also known as the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act of 2009 was signed into law. The law allows renters to stay in home that is foreclosed on. Basically the law provides that the terms of the lease must be honored after the foreclosure. If there are less that 90 days left in the leas the renter must be given 90 days noticed. The law is supposed to expire after December 31, 2012. The law also applies to properties bought by an investor, so a property that currently has tenants, the lease would have to be honored. Any thoughts?

http://www.forbes.com/2009/07/17/larry-summers-obama-business-beltway-summers.html

What are the indicators that the economy has turned around?

1-Traders are only betting there is a 1 in 100 chance of the Dow would fall below 500 down from 1 in 6 earlier this year.
2.The chance that corporate bonds will default has fallen by a third.
3.Google searches for “economic depression†has returned to normal levels.

Really? Google? Really? You are looking for signs that economy is improving and you are citing google?

How about basing the state of the economy on something a little more concrete. How about unemployment, GDP, or another leading economic indicator?

Google? Really?

What if we all google "economic depression" would that mean the economy isin't doing well?

Again, my big concern would be the utilities. Being in a southern state, this may not be as much an issue as it is in the northern states. At a minimum, I would require the seller to provide utility receipts for the past 2 years for your review.

It depends on what utilities you are paying. Instead of high bills in the winter for heat, you have high eletric bills on the summer because of the air conditioner.

I finally understand. I just need to figure out what the common sense thing to do would be and do the exact opposite.

Excuse me while I wrap duct tape around my head to keep it from exploding.

Joe Biden: ‘We Have to Go Spend Money to Keep From Going Bankrupt’

http://www.cnsnews.com/public/content/article.aspx?RsrcID=51162

Maybe I am naive. Could somebody please explain to me how spending more money is going to keep the country from going bankrupt? My head is about to explode. Why does every politician think that the solution to every problem is throw more money at it? If this is the mentality of those in power I think we are just doomed.

True it would be hard to prove, but to cover yourself I would at least find another "official" reason for rejecting them.

It could well be that there are other offers. The question to ask is what you are willing to pay. If you get into a competition with the other offers it is easy to over pay. Also it doesn’t take 11 idiots to out bid you it only takes 1.
