Hey Everyone - This will be my first event and looking forward to meeting with other Charlotte investors.  I'm just beginning my journey to buying an investment property and really just want to chat with seasoned vets and other newbies to figure out the best way to get started.

I really want to understand where in the Charlotte area makes the most sense for a first time investment or if it makes sense to look outside the beltway (485).
