Hi Sir,

Thank you so much for the response!!, I really appreciate.

How are you enjoying Cali?

That is what I was thinking, refi into a conventional loan, but then I discovered IRRL refi which I don't fully understand, but it feels like a better option than conventional refi.  My current home was $155,000, I am still good on my eligibility.  I have not force appreciation on the home, it is just being used as a house hack right, trying to get some cash flow to fund the appreciation.  The idea behind refinance is to reduce the mortgage payment to increase cash flow.

Thanks again

Hello BP world, happy new year!,

I purchased my first single-family home last year using the VA loan, i am doing house hacking, however, i am thinking about refinancing, however, i could not find a clear answer on how that would affect me when i am trying to buy another property or if it even has any effect at all. Is anyone familiar with VA loan re-fi process?

Any help will be great!

@James Perez.  Thank you.  Please keep us updated!

@Allison Stewart Hi Allison, Thank you! I think i like buy and hold definitely a lot more than anything else, because I’m trying to build wealth. I would love to do some flips and wholesaling just to get the experience. Thank you so much for the advice.

Hi James,

This is such a fantastic opportunity, especially for new real estate investors, unfortunately, I cannot attend this because i am just seeing this now, it is on a weekday and I'm active duty military, a little too late to request leave.  How often do you host this meeting and are there any on the weekends?.  I would love to come and mingle with everyone and make some new friends.

Gooooood morning BP nation,

I am very excited to be part of this awesome community and I can't wait to link up with you guys.  I am active duty military stationed on Dyess AFB, TX, 21 yrs old, just purchased my first single-family last month.  It seems like much like everybody else, as soon as I read rich dad, poor dad, I caught the real estate investing bug and I am hyped to keep going.  My goal for 2018 going into 2019 is to supplement my income.  I want to acquire at least 8 to 10 this year going onto the next year, I want to dabble in a little bit of everything like flipping, wholesaling, rental and buy and hold.  I am trying to read every book i can get my hands on every day, even during my lunch break, i'm energized.  Now that i have one under my belt, i know i can keep going, but i need some guidance.

Bottoline:

I am ecstatic about real estate investing and looking for guidance and mentorship to get my second deal and how to continue this journey

Thank you

Talk to you soon!
