Hi All,
I was originally searching for LTR properties in Indy and deals are just not penciling in so am thinking of pivoting to BRRR then STR or MTR. How is the STR/MTR market in Indy? I have personally never been there but are there specific attractions, employers, military base, etc. then make Indy a good STR/MTR market? Would love suggestions for specific areas that attract the most guests.

Hi All,
I have been purchasing residential real estate for a few years and want to go for bigger deals so am just starting to look at commercial real estate. Does anyone have brokers they would recommend working with for smaller (5-15 unit) apartment complexes in the Indy area? I understand brokers are heavily relationship-based so that is probably why I am struggling to find deals that cash flow. If you've had any luck with specific brokers please let me know.

Hi everyone,
Do you have a recommended insurance company/agent you could recommend for the Indy area? I'd like to start getting quotes to familiarize myself with the cost of insurance.

Hi BP Community,
I purchased a SFH in Michigan a few years ago in my personal name before forming an LLC. I recently got approval from the mortgage company to transfer ownership of the property to my LLC. How do I do this though? Do I need a quick claim deed and/or lawyer? Can someone walk me through the steps?

My husband and I started real estate investing during the pandemic and are interested in expanding our real estate portfolio further by purchasing an apartment complex. How do you do this? Are apartment complexes considered commercial investments? We have a few investments in the Detroit, MI area so if anyone has an agent or contact there would love to connect and learn more.
Lastly, if we don't yet have the capital to purchase on our own I recently learned about syndicators. How do I find out more about syndicators and get in contact with them?
