It's free from my brokerage and it automatically setup campaigns and follow up for each lead enters into the CRM.

I can create a squeeze pages, landing pages etc from the KvCore Platform.

I only spend $200 to optimize or do some Facebook promotion.

Property Managers have Fudiciary Duty to their clients.

It's unethical to charge late fee from tenants and not delivering it to the property owners.

If I'm the property owner and I detect this kind of unethical practices.

I will make sure I confront the property manager and amicable end the contract agreement.

As a Realtor and Investor Myself, have received several inquiries from clients with this same mindset and I always try my best to educate them that it doesn't matter where they find the deal either MLS or Off-Market it's all about the numbers.

Many of these clients don't fully understand what wholesaling entails.

I have received 2 different calls from New investors that over paid for Off-Market deals and eventually lost around $20,000 all because they think the best deals are Off-Market Deals.

Education is what these type of clients need.

It's called AirBnB Arbitrage.

It's a great creative strategy for investors that have time but less cash.

It's not as easy as the gurus portray it to be.

So do your own due diligence.
