Hello, I am a 18 year old who has been learning about real estate for the past 4 months. During this journey I have found the great opportunities that rental properties offer. I have about 3,000$ saved up, and have been building my credit score since. After I graduate high school I plan on working full time. After 12 months I should have around 35,000$ after taxes. Would I be able to qualify for a mortgage if I do not have 2 years work/credit history? Any other advice? Thank you.

I see a lot of these podcasts on BiggerPockets talking about how you can be “financially free” within 5 years of real estate. I’m new so this sounds very much like that typical get rich quick type of thing you see online. Is this realistic? If so, what are your experiences? Thank you.

A young future investor here. How do you treat your rental properties? Do you treat them as investments or run them as a business? If so, explain why. Can rental properties be run as a business? Thank you.

18 year old here, I was wondering how much would a credit score affect a mortgage, if I do not have one. I would have the money for a down payment on a property, and extra money after that. Would I able to get a mortgage without a credit score? I don’t believe I would as I am so young with know borrowing “experience”. Please let me know. Thank You.

Just a 18 year old from Minnesota who wants to start his real estate journey with the method of house hacking. I am real interested in Duplex’s. How can I get the leads for a duplex, and find one?
