I'd start with my local area, focusing on a competitive Niche. For example, in the Harris county (TX) area, it's taking us about 300+ calls to reach an individual person; however, we're shifting to focus on niche data such as 311 service requests, code violations, etc.. (Driving for dollars continues to be the best route).

I need some contracts edited for Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Ohio for my wholesaling endeavors. Can someone connect me to an experienced Attorney that can review what I have and give me guidance on how to protect myself doing future deals with them.
What are some of my wholesalers biggest challenges they are facing with the close of 2022? I'm fairly new to this and want to get an idea of what perils lie ahead as well as how some of the Veteran investors and wholesalers plan to overcome them.
