Anybody have any experience with section 8 rentals in NJ. This would be my first rental property so i don't want to start off with a bed decision. The property in question is in Plainfield NJ in low income area. Any helpful tips and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone, my name is Adrian Samborowski. I'm new to real estate investing soaking up all the knowledge this site and all the members have to offer. My background is in IT and Construction. Currently I'm working for the State of NJ Judiciary as a IT Analyst. In the past I have owned a construction company that specialized in residential renovations and commercial build-outs/renovations (offices and strip malls).
My real estate goals are to acquire multi-family properties for long term rental income.
