@Michael Henry thank you Michael, i am barely starting and have also heard from different sources that this is an expensive option but would like to at least see what i’d be working with and analyze the numbers myself to see if this option would work out being that i have a very busy schedule.

just learned about turn key properties and turn key companies. gotta say sounds great and am looking for any recommendations for turn key companies with turn key properties. any suggestions?

can i take out any loans on a rental property i still owe on to progress me to mortgage another rental property? if so how? what are all the options?
