@Joe Chirdon can anyone recommend a good general contractor or contracting company in the area? I would like someone to do two walkthroughs at 2 properties, exactly 1 block from each other. They both need quite a bit of work, and would be accessible at any time, since my family members own both properties.

@William Allen I'm a newbie and know nothing about the Florida market, other than it's a great place to invest. A friend and I would like to long distance BRRRR properties. I'm thinking in Tampa or Orlando, but we're still learning and are open to suggestions. Any recommendations would be welcomed.

@Chad Gallagher is that meetup still going on? And is there an online group associated with it? I’m from that area but live in NY now. Looking to get into that market long-distance.

@Jonathan Wyse hi Jonathan! I am a newbie investor living in NY, but I grew up right outside Hershey. My family is all still there. Looking to buy and hold multifamily rentals and brrrr properties in Hershey, palmyra, and Hummelstown areas, in the very near future. I’d love to link up, if you’re still investing in that area?

@Steve Morris thank you. Is it possible to get both a mortgage preapproval and HELOC in the works at the same time? I'd like to have the option to do a 30 year mortgage, or offer cash so I can make a lower all cash offer, without having to go the hard money route.
