Instead of wholesaling it, go to the people that run the park and ask them if you could buy the home and do a few upgrades then sell it on a note to another buyer, if lot rent is 800 I’m guessing that home is worth much more than 10k in that park especially if the park has lots of things for the retired generation to do inside the park

I hv been very fortunate so far investing in mobiles

Lessons I hv learned are always do what the park wants you to do as far as qualifying the new tenants or signing on the lot lease until the home is paid off

Do Not buy a home in a park and think you can do what you want with it even though the home belongs to you

Tell the park owners your plans from the beginning

Make sure you are following park rules when doing any renovations

The parks can make or break your deals
