in my area a claim is filed they send the homeowner the check, homeowner then proceeds to either fix home and stay or buy another home and leave, most of the time they pocket the money and move out leaving the home, then its up to park owner to dispose of the home

should be tons of them in your area, just drive the parks and you should be able to find people all ready working in those parks

investors that are in my area are doing really well with them, we are glad that people do not like to buy them for all the above stated reasons, it keeps competition low, they are the only true affordable housing left in this crazy world we live in

@Shari B., mobiles are the only investing we do now, create good relationships with park managers where u want to work, you will have all the deals you can handle

i vote for you to stay in arizona, tons of parks near the area, get out and go talk to park managers in your area and hand out cards that tell them what type of investing you want to do and how you can help them

number 1 rule of investing is do Not rent to family, but if you must treat them just like any other tenant with background and credit checks
