@David Frandsen,in my state of Virginia these homes are treated liked cars if they are set up on rented land, if its on its own land you will treat as real property, ask seller if he has title, good luck

in my area there are back flow check valves on each home so the water won't go back into the system, if the water pressure is low it would be up to the city to correct the problem, back flow and water pressure are 2 completely separate issues

@Tanner Morrill, be patient best you can cause it’s coming, home prices are skyrocketing in this country, people will eventually get knocked down to what they can actually afford from a job in this country, I’m sure those types of homes as well as all mobiles and smaller homes are the wave of the future especially with all the covid causing people to lose jobs and struggle, good luck to you

@Max Bailey, thats because most lawyers do not even understand this law at least not in my area either, just speak with a lawyer in your area and go with what they tell you about it.
