Another thing that I would recommend is to get connected and establish a relationship with a title agent in your area. You can also have them look over your contract. Since you might work with them for future transactions, they usually will look over it for free.

yeah, good point Rob Gillespie I do have one available that I will post as soon as i'm done. I am a person that hates paperwork, so the least I can have the better. Automation, you know? But once it's done... all it is taking the time and adding big events... and soon you have some history that you can def show your grandchildren... plus if you think of it in that perspective, you will feel obligated to keep on pushing and making things happen so it shows on "life" of EXCITING moments.

Yes, totally agree Randy F. I've been using the colleague request for people who I want to work with and the following for people whom I want to learn from. I've been receiving requests for colleagues who would like to work with me but don't have the experience, so I consider that to be me the mentor, which I take that role to be very important ! I get to make a difference in someone's life! Thanks for the tip Randy!

Hey there Fred, I completly agree about the stocks, it was too much to learn and you have to have a lot of money to make money. I ended up starting to do rentals and wholesaling here in Riverside, Ca. I think teaming up is great for speeding up the fruit of our labor and Biggerpockets is a great place to get to know people and learn!
If ever you want to connect with me, I'm currently working on getting a team together... 951-266-6975 or facebook: https://www.facebook.com/addiel.flores.75 If you have any questions for this area of California, I'm here!

This is a great website to build a visual timeline... you can add pictures and future dates to meet your current plan. Let me know if you use something like this or use something different that works for you in your vision making plan.

that's my same problem, I don't want to look like I don't know what i'm doing when I talk to these guys. Does anyone know the process to getting a title co. call who first? Ask them what? then do what? I called a title co. and they almost laughed at me and sent me to a sales rep. Was that correct protocol? Thanks for any help!

these slides pretty much explain in detail what Wholesaling is all about, it gives you a comparison on flipping homes too. I liked it. I even show it in my presentations

I have a question, I want to put some car magnet signs like I do with my bandit signs, since bandit signs work so well hand written in blue and black, "Dave Buys Houses, Cash, Call XXX-XXX-XXX" Do you think it would work out as well having car magnet signs hand written just like that? Or should I go ahead and order them professional? Anyone have ideas or success with theirs?

Great information, thanks guys for being so open and helpful! K. Marie Poe for taking your time in finding out info on this house. I'm new, so do you find it hard, easy to deal with these situations, deceased family member's family?
