Hello everyone! Currently, my partner and I run a property management company in Southern California, managing 10 SF at the moment and just closing another this week. Normally our clients have come through referrals, but after much thought have decided to take on much larger units in Multifamily. Any ideas or strategies that we can use to target these apartment owners for property management services? Any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

James! Would love to help out a local. I'm not too far from you, but if you need guidance on buying your first Multifamily, I can definitely give you some tips and strategies. Two of my mentors have been fortunate enough to help me out tremendously and always looking to do the same for others. Send me your email and we can talk about what you need help on. -FH

Hey Ian, I've been having the same issue. I believe you can get some info on Multi-owners at your county's tax assessor's office. They should be able to have info on the property taxes which has the information of the owners. Best of luck

@Ricardo Saenz Absolutely Ricardo! Let's set something up for this week.

Hello guys!

I'm looking to network and expand my knowledge with my local Multifamily investors, brokers and agents in Orange County! I'm always looking for areas of improvement and strategies when it comes to Multifamily. I can say I'm OBSESSED with Multifamily and will be heavily vested in it in the future! Love crunching numbers and evaluating deals.

Let's connect and lunch/coffee on me :)

Thanks!

Hello Ella,

How do the numbers look? Does the deal make sense? Reason I ask is because if it makes sense, you should have no problem finding a lender. If you ever need help analyzing any deals, let me know. I would love to help.

Best of Luck!

Francisco
