Hey Steve, I agree with Jay. Nashville, TN is having some major companies like Alliance Bernstein have moved into Nashville, bringing the population up and new jobs into Music city as well. In addition to the areas named by Jay, I would personally add Scottsdale, AZ, Columbus, OH, Richmond, VA, and Cleveland, OH. Hope this helps for you to make a decision or your next investment.
