If so, does that mean there are less motivated residential sellers?? Other investors, how are you locating sellers??

 Hi Anita,

I am a real estate agent that specializes in finding properties for investors in Central Ohio. I have access to many listings with tenants already in place that you may not see. There are lots of ways to find sellers in this area. Depending on of your are looking for a rehab to buy to hold as a rental, or if you're looking for something to buy with a tenant in place I could help you. To use a Buyers Agent typically costs you nothing. The list agent has to share their listing fee. Let me know if you'd like some help!

Chase Title in Reynoldsburg, Teena Collins. Have 2 real estate attorneys in-house, one being one of the best (IMO) in Central Ohio.  You are correct that closings with Buyer funds for AB closing is very hairy/illegal. Do a double close to avoid trouble. I am an agent, also live in Grove City, who specializes on working with investors. I have room for 1-2 (depending on their volume) more investors at the present time. I have extensive experience and a great support staff.  Having an agent handling lots of this and giving you access to more properties helps keep it legal. Let me know if you're interested in talking further. Good luck!
