Speaking of Assignments, I wanted to know what contracts would I use If I'm helping another wholesaler find an investor to assign the property to(basically a co-assignment)? Do any of you have a sample contract that I could use when doing a co-assignment with another wholesaler? Or is there another route I would take in this event?
